Dick Fuld's half billion - Bear Stearns

Wow, even I'm impressed. He pulled in almost half a billion dollars over the last 8 years. Not bad, even for government work, which could be the work he ends up doing, although in pinstripes.

Ken Lewis' spending spree -

How much has Ken Lewis raked in as he has destroyed billions in shareholder wealth buying poorly run companies at overly inflated prices?

FleetBoston - $47 billion (41% premium paid)

MBNA - $35 billion (31% premium paid)

Countrywide - $4 billion + $2billion in preferred (little premium, but could have been had for less without taking on all the liabilities)

Merrill Lynch - $50 billion (70% premium paid)

Total - $138 billion.
BAC's market cap as of Oct 2008 - $150 billion.
